In accordance with the Law of Regulation of Retail Trade and as regulated by EU regulations (Directive 97/7/EC), the customer has 14 days from receipt to voluntarily withdraw from your purchase.
If the return is made within this period, the purchase must be returned with all its products, with its original packaging, with its original unbroken seal, with all its accessories and in perfect condition. In the event that the product is wrapped in transparent paper, such paper must not have been opened.
We will not accept returns of products that do not come with their original packaging, or that have been used. The amount of the order will be credited once the supplier has verified that the goods meet the above conditions.
In the case of returns, the customer must bear the transport costs.
To request this return must be communicated by email to email@example.com indicating in the subject DEVOLUTION. In the event that the defect comes from a transport incident, it must be communicated within 24 hours of receipt to the same email (firstname.lastname@example.org) indicating in the subject TRANSPORT INCIDENT.
